One process, actually finished
Most AI automation projects stall because they try to change everything at once. This one takes a single process that costs you real hours every week and finishes it.
The two weeks
- Days 1–2 — map the process as it really runs, not as the org chart says. Agree the success measure before building anything
- Days 3–7 — build: workflow automation, an agent where an agent is genuinely needed, integrations with the tools you already pay for
- Days 8–9 — run it alongside the manual process and compare the output
- Day 10 — handover, documentation, and training for whoever owns it
What you keep
The automation runs on your accounts, the documentation is yours, and I hand over the credentials. Nothing is hosted on my side and nothing depends on me continuing.
Honest note
Some processes should not be automated — they are too rare, too variable, or too consequential to hand to a model. If yours is one of them I will say so in the first two days and invoice only those days.
