For companies between a freelancer and a head of growth
You have people who can execute but nobody senior deciding what to execute. Hiring for that role costs six figures a year and takes months. This is the same function, part-time.
What I do each month
- Own the organic roadmap: SEO, GEO, technical debt, content priorities
- Brief and review whoever executes — your team, your agency, or freelancers
- Hands-on work on the hard parts: technical fixes, structured data, migrations
- Monthly review with the numbers that matter, not a slide deck of vanity metrics
- Direct line for decisions between reviews
Practicalities
Roughly four days a month, remote, English or Italian. Monthly, three-month minimum so there is time for anything to show. No lock-in beyond that.
